However, the students of the school from which the school magazine comes out are invited to write various articles here. Also this magazine contains various information about school students, exam results, co-curricular activities of students and also school committee statements and these are usually published in school magazine. A committee is formed to publish a magazine and the members of this committee are the churches or in the case of sponsors advisors, editors, assistant editors, commercial editors, printers, assistant printers etc.

The chief sponsor is the head teacher of the school from which the magazine is published and the general advisor is a senior teacher of the school. Money is raised by selling some parts of the magazine outside.
